and berlin! funkervogt''s first two shows of the "aviatour" tour are a great success!
despite the unsually warm temperatures in germany the energy at the concerts
was amazing and the crowd reaction to the new material was great. many fans
purchased the new aviator album on its european release date and claimed
their free copy of "club pilot" at the shows. The new aviaor merchandise was a

Little over a year since Funker Vogt's last release
("Navigator" ), they are back in the cockpit with their follow-up full
length album "Aviator". Again conceptualising their war-obsessed
themes ( throughout the cover artwork, booklet and band photos )
"Aviator" follows the new direction began with "Navigator" with 12
Brand New tracks set to pulvarise and bombard the dance-floor.
Undertaking to diversify sound structures overall "Aviator" still
relies on the fast beat-driven rhythms and sequences Funker Vogt are
renown for but these are further enhanced with more emphasis given to
well placed sounds and samples making "Aviator" a much more pronounced
album. "Aviator’s" club tracks ( "City Of Darkness" , "Paralyzed",
"Thanatophobia", "One" and "My Fortune" ) come across as fresher and

on the first of dDecember, the 5th part of the compilation series "advanced electronic 5" was released. this compilation will be included on a bonus DVD with the videoclip to Funker Vogt's Song "Fallen Hero" and a brand new song called "paralyzed" from the upcoming new funkervogt album. right now funkervogt is in the studio working hard on the new album "aviator". Release is scheduled for Spring 2007.
on the 24th of november, the second part of the compilation series "13th street the sound of mystery" was released. Here you will find the song "Tragic Hero", one of funkervogt's all time classics.
